Modeling experience: Beginner, starting out
As I used to do portrait photography, I often modelled for photographer friends who needed more experience - this gave me a chance to discover what goes on in front of the lens, not just behind it. I have directorial experience, which in turn gives me good insight into how to pose.

I have done an intensive course in acting at the City Lit, during which time I performed a scene from a Harold Pinter play.

16.07.2012: I played a Vietnamese interrogator who was questioning a British treasure hunter. Although no dialogue will be used in the final production, the two of us improvised the scenes to make the visuals look authentic. The final cut will be used for a documentary series by World Media Rights, and will be broadcast on the Yesterday Channel.

29.09.2012: I did a short piece for an online commercial, doing a short telephone conversation in Cantonese.

18.12.2012: I took part as an extra for an online viral competition short video. The footage was to be used for a Coca-Cola campaign in China.

05.05.2013: I was photographed as a victim of a gun murder - the photos will be used in a short film called "Interrogation" by a small media company called Static Airwaves Productions.

I have been playing piano since 1993, flute since 1999, and I'm currently learning drums (standard rock band kit) and the tenor saxophone. I can also sing backing vocals, and have had some vocal training when I was studying my degree in music between 2001-2004.

I can read standard music notation, guitar/bass tablature, and drum tablature.

Film & Stage Crew

Summer, 2003: I helped the film director Nasim Abassi during auditioning stage of his feature film "The Winter Sun is a Lie" over the course of several weeks.

27.11.2012: I worked as a stills photographer on the set of the production "Rose, Mary & Time", the production manager being Alessandra Araujo.

Photography experience: Part-time professional (paid work)Has a studio space: No
Type of camera equipment: 35mm SLR/DSLR
I have six years' experience in portrait photography, and have been published every year since 2007. I have worked alongside make-up artists, hair stylists, and have also assisted many photographers on fashion shoots. In 2010 & 2011, I was part of a team that ran events for photographers to help them develop their portfolios.

I currently use Photoshop CS5. I use and own Nikon & Fujifilm equipment and Bowens lighting gear. I don't have my own studio, but I do have my own home studio set-up which consists of a backdrop holder and a roll of smoke grey paper (other colours would be bought on demand of course).
