Star Now has been great to me over the last few years during my Film School period. Gaining over 100's of applications to help me find what i am looking for. Until now i'm still in contact with a lot of great actors who started from here, for Example, Michael Fenemore-Cocks. While auditioning for me 3 years ago for a Short series i saw so much talent in him and he deserved way more than a short series. So a few years later after a few more short films i got him aboard a Feature Film called "Model Behaviour" which is in post production at the moment and also which did the Cinematography and Editing for. So with the help of his great Talents i also got to hone in on my own Talents right next to him and Behind the camera filming some amazing footage and scenes. Many more Actors and Crew members that originated from Star Now have also helped me to get to the point where i am today and Also to be involved in my next Upcoming Feature Film in 2013

Yes, I had casting success with Starnow! My Blues Band "The Cuban Heelers" found our great new singer and harp player "Terry Hogan" through Starnow. he has taken the band to a new level where we are one of the best Blues Bands in Melbourne now, playing the old classic Blues songs our own way! view profile

I was scouted as a state finalist in Miss World Australia and approached by several modeling agencies, finally signing with Gear Model Management. Melanie Joined Star now 4 years ago and on her very first application landed the lead female role in the feature film "The flirting club" and on her 2nd application secured a role with award winning film director Philip Gardiner in "Paranormal Haunting-The Curse of the Blue Moon Inn" since then her career has rocketed now with 10 feature films to her name and lead in 9 of them, her films have been and are being released world wide and all from the connections of the first 2 successful applications on star now. Since joining Star Now, in August 2011, I have been successful in obtaining lead roles in 2 Indie films: '1500 Steps', currently filming in Cronulla and 'An Afternoon Tea', soon to be filmed out West NSW.
