The summer before grade 8 (high school) I learned how to make balloon animals from a book with kit my mother gave me. Our high school leadership program was highly regarded provincially and I was hoping to get an available spot when I reached grade 11. I volunteered to dress up as a clown and entertain the elementary school kids at the fall fair. Our leadership teacher said yes, and by random luck a local clown saw me there and contacted the school. Not long after I was entertaining at large events, parades, fundraisers, sales promotions and birthdays. By the time I was 15 I was more than capable of doing events by myself. I currently work by special request due to the rising issue of scary clown movies they keep releasing & the clown scare threats that occurred locally. I now use Cassidy the Dog mascot for the time being & only by request.
