Acting experience

  • UK English

From 2016-2017, I studied Creative Arts and Media at Coleg y Cymoedd, during which time I took roles in:'Romeo and Juliet', 'The Wizard of Oz', 'The Little Shop of Horrors', different songs from musicals, a radio play and '10 Little Indians'. Prior to that, whilst still at school, I appeared in 'Joseph and his Technicolour Dream Coat', 'Snow White and the Seven Dwarves' and 'A Midsummer Night's Dream'.

In 2018, I appeared in 'The Colgate Theorem' (directed by Michael Thorp), a student film for Cardiff University, playing the role of Carl. I also joined the Bedwas Theatre Group in order to widen my experience and sang in 'The Greatest Showman' with them.

In 2019, I was fortunate to be cast as Jimmy, a leading role in 'Creating Rainbows', a new play by Ciaran Fitzgerald which was part of the Mad Dogs Writing Festival for Cardiff University.
In 2019, I also joined StarDreams Theatre Company and was cast in 'Peter Pan the Musical', however unfortunately the production dates are on hold because of the Covid-19 pandemic.

During 2020, I have been following workshops to develop my craft as an actor and have taken part in the following:
Speech Development Workshop with Rikki Beadle-Blair
Character Development Workshop with Rikki Beadle-Blair
Drama Workshop with Hijinx Theatre
To keep myself up to date with what is happening in the acting world, I am a member of various Facebook groups, including: Actors UK, Scare Actors' group, The Zombie Horde, Theatre People in South Wales, and Actors and Stage Crew UK.
