Previous paid speaking roles
Between the ages of 4 and 18 I attended theatre groups, practicing drama, musical theatre, dance and singing. All throughout school I took part in productions, often playing as leading roles, for example last year, I starred as Rizzo in a production of Grease, Carol in Road and Danny in DNA. I studied drama at A level, gaining A*s in all of my performance pieces and throughout completing the course has to participate in workshops held by companies such as Splendid, Frantic Assembly and Gecko. I have done a lot of extras work for programmes shown on stations such as BBC1 and 2, ITV and Channel 4. When I was 14, I attended a week long tv presenting course which despite being a fairly long time ago, taught me skills such as how to show personality through body language and diction in the moderation needed to work on camera. Over Christmas, I was an elf for Eskimo Jo in the Trafford centre & learnt a great deal from the other performers involved in putting together the immersive children's show. I recently filmed for M6 productions an independent short film titled 'Ties that Bind' and was cast as a lead role. I have also featured in several student projects over this academic year, my friend who is at Bristol university is currently shooting a film with me starring for a festival, we will be taking social distancing measures and doing pieces through zoom.
