From 2001 to 2003, I've received training at Newcastle academy of Performing Arts receiving an H.N.C. in Theatre.
From 2003 I went on to go to Gateshead College where I received under the University of Northumbria an Honours B.A Degree in Performing Arts. I've taken part in 7 low budget feature films whilst I was still studying and two were completed. I graduated in 2006.
I've been in many short films as a main character, mainly student short films.
In 2010 I joined a theatre company, Clear Voice. Taking part as a main character 'George Smart' in 'The Court' by Ian Henderson.
In 2012, I took part in Peter Lathan's play, The Mysteries, directed by Lathan and in 2013, took part in another Peter Lathan play, devised and written 2012 to 2013,' I Love South Tyneside'. In 2014, in Lathan's Cold in the Clay, about the St Hilda's pit disaster at South Shields.
I joined P S R Productions, taking on a main supporting role as the gangster George Wilson in a feature film called The Hit which is in post production and should be launched in 2015.
I have also taken part in three around the world viral adverts as Arthur, advertising Fentiman's, playing Arthur the demo man.in 2010, which was shot in Bow, East London.
In 2014, I went and did a method acting boot camp with Brian Timoney, which has re-enforced my beliefs. I've always have used method acting anyway. The reality of truth brought into performance.
Also in 2014, I took on three roles, in another live play by Peter Lathan, 'Cold in the Clay'. which was about the St Hilda's pit disaster in South Shields, which happened in 1839.
