My experience in entertainment, as I said started when I was a lad with my dad and his musical interests. Sadly, 19 years ago my dad passed away leaving a great big hole in my life, but I did what I'm sure he would have wanted me to do and that was to entertain. For me, it all started with THE GEORGE FORMBY SOCIETY, where I soon made a name for myself, progressing on to performing as BANJO DEZ in pubs and clubs around the Midlands, where I was eventually spotted by BBC Radio Leicester. In turn, this lead to performing on a guest spot with THE BONZO DOG DOO DA BAND at The APOLLO in Manchester. Further work was at ‘ANGEL STUDIOS’, with ‘ADE EDMONSON’ (think Bottom with Rik Mayall) to provide the banjo for the Title and Incidental Music for ‘TEENAGE KICKS’ Comedy Series 8 week run primetime ITV, whilst still plonking doing mayoral shows , World War 2 re-enactments and old time music hall shows. I also have acting experience in the recent Jan/Feb Feature Film as a supporting actor in ‘THE QUIET ONE, THE MOVIE’ . 2012 Virgin Media short featured actor 'GOLDEN' . 2013 The ROYALS Pilot for Liongate, background extra as senior military bodyguard.
