HACKERS OPERA BRIGHTON FESTIVAL 2017- Played Theresa May..SPRING FESTIVAL - Landlady in TWO. EDINBURGH FESTIVAL 2016- Singing Ghost in Fringe. Actors in Training and Actors Studio London WC2 & Acting for Camera- Stephen Billington (Brookside/ Hollyoaks); Diploma from Year Out Stratford On Avon (pioneer year); Foundation Drama City Lit 2014. Featured in a scene of a new film with Ian Mckellan,. Reception nurse in Eastenders; and on the Suffragette film (working title) with Helena Bonham Carter and Carey Mulligan- washerwoman crew! Stint alongside Jack Davenport featured as a colleague's wife in Breathless; as three different secretaries in the Making of Dr Who ; am a soprano singer/ Parisian in the Les Miserables film/ Soundtrack ;and am in all Mr Selfridge series most recently scenes with Jeremy Piven and as a secretary in a scene with Sam West ! ; am in various TV audiences including the Mysterious and Intense Black Mirror where I heckled the protagonist .I am the Lollipop Lady for the new Mystery Jets Album; sing in the Christmas Big Sing at the Albert Hall over the last 5 years featured during songs..and was featured nurse in Olympics New Year advert ; Art Gallery visitor in Skyfall and featured 'wench' in Great Expectations cannon scene ! Also am a maid /villager for Austenland , released this year; holidaymaker in Now is Good and was a security guard in the Best Marigold Hotel checking in some of the cast. In 2010 I was also in several scenes of the Bollywood film,Veer which was a great experience and have also worked on the comedy remake of 'Thillu Mullu' in Sussex ,and 'Woulda Coulda Shoulda'- Norwich also out this year. I enjoy acting in comedy and make people laugh ! But I also was a featured artist at the Law Courts Lewes for a 19th Century 'serious' historical reconstruction for screening for the History Channel 2011. I am also a member of the New Venture Theatre , Brighton. My degree included a site specific show and I have taken part in Site specific most recently three different characters in You Me BumBum Train London; and with Dreamthinkspeak in Brighton and Edinburgh. I have been a member of the Brighton Festival Chorus for 7 years and we are the featured choir Richard E grant's film ,First Night; 3 Christmas 'Big Sings' recorded September for Christmas where I was featured 5 times this year!! ; in 2009 and 2010! Also twice sung in the Proms, at Leeds Castle and English venues and in concerts abroad as well as every Brighton Festival piece since 2003. Pieces can be theatrical like St John Passion ,Harmonium and Dame Edna's British tour.As a choir we we have just recorded backing for Joe Mcelderry and Alfie Boe's latest albums (both in the charts ) and we appeared in the Bring Him Home Tour televised Internbational film with Alfie Boe in December!!! That week also saw me chosen as the nurse for the Sun newspaper's Olympics promotional advert shown on New years Day (it was a good birthday week!) I have a degree in Theatre and Visual Practice and I have diplomas in jewellery design and acting .I designed a set for children in Sheringham in Norfolk and have been involved in shows at the Brighton and Edinburgh festivals. For my diploma in Stratford Upon Avon I did two semi-professional productions-Oedipus-which we even took to LongLartin Prison and an adaptation of La Ronde as the final show where I was both the Prostitute and the Sweet Young Thing! I have also exhibited my drawings there, in Norwich -and more recently on the South Coast.My final Degree Show involved film and dancing and I would love to do it again. In Brighton I work in Retail and Telesales presently.. I am 5'4''ish with dark gingery hair .and look younger than my age. I come from E17 so I can do an Eliza but can do classical too-told I played a good Manto in Oedipus! My BA Hons in Theatre and Visual Practice from the University of Brighton familiarised me with all aspects of Theatre though I always wanted to go to the Old Vic!
