Previous paid speaking roles
Although I have been a competitive dancer and singer from the age of 7, I got into acting in 2008 (despite a few amateur theatre roles as a child).
I was signed up by TED UK as an actor/singer/dancer in 2008 and was part of the original Sensatori Production Team in Crete which at the time was their flagship hotel. We performed in many musical theatre productions throughout the 7 month contract. I performed alongside Jenna Lee James and Ricardo Afonzo who were principles in the 'West End ' versions of 'We Will Rock You' and 'Joseph'.
in 2009 I moved to Dumfries in Scotland despite being brought up in the North East of England. I joined Dumfries Musical Theatre Company and performed principle roles as 'Samuel' from Gilbert and Sullivan's 'Pirates of Penzance'. I also played the role of Provest Coltrane in Jeff Davidsons Opera 'Angel of the Tide'.
After that I set up a small Musical Theatre Group for under privileged children and freelance as a drama coach to numerous groups in the region and write and direct plays and productions.
In September 2014 we performed at the 'Robert Burns Federation World Conference with a piece I had Created and directed called 'The Homecoming'. I played the role of the father who had been missing in action during the conflicts in Afghanistan.
In December 2014 I played the dame 'Lucinda' in an original take of Snow White that I wrote, choreographed and directed. This production was a sellout over the ten days.
In February 2015 I played the role of a killer who speaks out about the days he killed a family of four children in a play called 'Unite. Don't Fight'. This toured the Dumfries and Galloway region for the Scottish governments 'Tackling Sectarianism Programme' and gained lots of publicity.
