I was studying Law in my mid twenties and then a short period whilst at university I had a creative awakening and studied a two year Drama course at Westminster Adult Education Services concurrently with Law. Since then I have acted in several feature films in the last couple of years including pictures for Sony and Netflix. I have invaluable experience in speaking roles that has enabled me to show a range of emotions, from an aggressive gangster to a friendly sociable Barman. I can confidently do a variation of accents from Northern, American to European. Before acting for the screen I performed stand up comedy here in London and in Los Angeles. Whilst living in LA (2005-06) part of my repertoire was performing at the Will Gear Outdoor Theatre where I had the opportunity to learn about acting on stage although I have not been classically trained. Whilst on stage it taught me about my voice and the different vocal ranges I could achieve. Furthermore I studied Acting for the Camera at the Otto Felix Training Academy In LA for six months where I learnt about cold reading, audition techniques, reading and understanding a script and helped me to become more versatile as an actor. I have also been in music videos and commercials and in my opinion commercials is a good example of being able to act well in a short space of time? I have relevant experience in working alongside a big crew and cast as well as one to one scenes with another actor.

TV & Reality

I have been in several TV Commercials most recently for well known car manufacturers Honda and previously for P & O Ferries. In the Honda advert i had to demonstrate my knowledge about cars and it's different functionality. In the cruise line commercial that was a Health & Safety video for passengers should an emergency arise, how should the passenger behave, how to react if the alarm was raised etc...
I am also a quiz show enthusiast, I have appeared as a contestant for Cash Trapped presented and based on an idea by Bradley Walsh. I also appeared on Tipping Point presented by Ben Shephard, both quizzes are ITV Productions. I've also featured on the Matthew Wright show on Channel 5 every morning during the week, debating and discussing topical issues on world affairs which is of interest to me.
