Started as a "drafted" cast member in a Royal Naval drama association production of The Bear and the Erpingham Camp (best play). Followed by local village productions and then joining the RAF Drama Association for Les Liaisons Dangereuses (Valmont) and Sleuth (Milo - RAF National best actor award). This led to an invitation to take part in the prestigious Shakespeare at the George in Huntingdon as Jaques in As You Like it.
