As workshop zones require a lot of team work to set-up and maintain the activities, Workshop Assistants are expected to arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the opening of the workshop zone – specific arrival times will be sent by your Event Manager in your important information email.

At the end of each workshop day, yourself and other team members you will also need to assist each other in packing up the consumables and craft activities – this will fall under the unpaid total of 30 minutes. By accepting this role, you will be accepting these terms.
