Compère Required for Open Mic Night Events

We need energetic, happy, talented and reliable musicians who can sing and play an instrument, to host and Compère Open Mic Night Events around London and the Home Counties.

It’s £150 for 3 - 4 hours work between 7 and 11pm.

Applicants will be required to lead the events in pubs and clubs. They will need to read the room and get the evening going. They will need to fill gaps with anecdotes and good mainstream music of their own, engaging with the audience to make the evening a success. Finally, the applicants will need to be able to set up each person as they come to the mic thus be good with basic live mixing and connecting instruments without bangs.

My teams will set the sound system up ready and break it the following day.
