I am making a short film adaptation of a very little known tale by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle called "The New Catacomb". It is a mystery/archeology/adventure story.
The film will go out on Youtube as well as on the Sherlock Holmes/Sir Arthur Conan Doyle fan website - No Place Like Holmes.
The website also produces other media content relating to the literary works of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. This includes essays, web series, documentaries, and short films. This is a very popular website for fans of Sherlock Holmes and Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, and sees several thousand visitors on a daily basis. So, potential exposure is good.
Currently looking for a handful of extras to play journalists, archaeologists, and students for a lecture scene and a few other scenes such as chatting at a bar/on a dig.
You will receive an IMDb credit, your site of choice will be promoted on both the NPLH website and Youtube video, and you will be permitted to use the footage elsewhere should you wish. Also, bear in mind that the website has great outreach, so this is something that many people could see you in. I, of course, will give you a very glowing recommendation too.
I offer free showreel editing to anyone who works on a production of mine.
This is not a commercial production.
