
'Hard To Leave' Low Budget Indie Feature (Gang/Knife Crime Related Movie)

A Film based on gang-related Reality, the aim of the movie is to shift the focus from the origin of the gang violence to the aftermath and wreckage left behind on families. This movie is centred around the impact of gang violence on families. If you are looking to Join something big then this is for you even if you have no acting experience we are willing to help you.
SYNOPSIS:
In South London, 4 local best friends; Lloyd, Tj, Bianca & Sean, meet in Secondary school, lived most of their years in fear due to living in a violent neighbourhood ruled by 2 rival gangs the SE Boys and the 140. Lloyd and Bianca were both brought up in well – mannered, benevolent homes. Since Lloyds father’s death, Toby, Lloyds Younger brother has always looked up to Lloyd for guidance, comfort and inspiration. A growing aspiration to be like Lloyd when he’s older. On the other hand, Tj and Sean were brought up in a completely different nurture. Constant arguments with their parents, Living in confined apartments, Frequent, disagreements amongst the siblings. Regardless, the circumstance, their friendship with one another was pure. It was 5:30, Lloyds mum had just finished making dinner
for the family, but realised Toby was late from the library. 13 years of age, Toby, was late home, knowing he would miss dinner, he decided to take an estate, knowing Lloyd who told never take that route, toby cuts through the estate ruled by the brutal 140 gangs. Reminiscing, the loss of Toby Promise, Lloyds and Bianca’s parents moved them out the area at the age of 16, with the hopes that children will have a fresh start in college/Uni. TJ and Sean’s parents all remained in the same neighborhood but ended up dropping out of college/Uni each joining the rival gangs to sell drugs, help with raids, etc. Lloyd and Bianca on the other hand both stayed in college/Uni but ended up joining different rival gangs.
