Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent
Based in the Canary Wharf area, our lively offices provide a fantastic working environment.
We are currently looking to add to our Italian-speaking customer service team working with a well-known online audiobook retailer. As mentioned, we mostly employ performers as a rule but that is certainly not compulsory.
Agents in this role will be working with both English and Italian customers via phone and email, so excellent spoken and written fluency in both languages is needed. A love for books is also a bonus!
We offer shifts, 7 days a week Monday-Sunday and would ask that staff work 5 shifts per week. Shifts are 8 hours long and will fall between either 7:00am-7:00pm OR 8:00am-8:00pm (TBC) with staggered starts and finishes.
Interviews for this role are available immediately and the start date for successful applicants will be on Monday 14th October.
