The Whole purpose of Mad About Music is to bring pure vibes to the scene and promote new artists and Producers/DJs as well as informing the people about new releases, educating them on the history of cultural music, and the legends of the game. The type of artists we want to promote are artists that make music with meaning and feeling and that have the ability to have an impact on people’s lives. We feel like in this day and age there are too many songs and artists that are here today but gone tomorrow. We value timeless music highly. The genres we will cover will be Hip Hop, R&B/Soul, UK Rap as well as International vibes such as Reggae/Dancehall and Afrobeats.
We plan to do this in a cool and creative way and already have ideas for shows for the new YouTube channel such as ‘Have You Heard’ which is a show to promote new artists with true talent and artists that embody the art of making music that will live on. We will also have a blogging site for bloggers to blog about albums, artists, concert reviews and everything music. This Listing is for one of our other focuses which is the 'Who Loves R&B?' podcast. We feel that there aren't many podcasts that speak solely about R&B/Soul Music. This podcast will contain topics about everything related to R&B/Soul music past, present and the future. We are looking for people who have a deep love for the genre and a lot of knowledge of R&B music.
That is what the main focus will be once the team had been built and everything is up and running. We do have several ideas for the future but we are just taking it one step at a time.
We are looking for music heads who would be comfortable speaking on camera as we would be looking to do visuals for the podcast as well as audio.
We want you to be apart of the creative ideas as much as we are to work on ways to make this a major success.
Unpaid – this is a collaboration opportunity - This is an Unpaid Job but with the right group of creatives, we could build something from the ground up to be very profitable in the future.
Collaborations should create mutual benefit and are usually amateur, student or 'Time for Print' projects.
