ADULT TALENT 1 & VOICEOVER (CHARACTER 1) - THE PLEDGER
Gender: Male
Age: 75 (good to find some young vs older looking 75 year olds)
Ethnicity Any
Accent Any

Character Description our main protagonist, a (most likely) retired older man who is either updating or creating a Will and thinking about leaving a gift in his will. Speaking directly to camera, it is his role to capture the viewer’s attention from the beginning and keep them engaged as he narrates the story in a persuasive and
impactful, yet friendly and warm manner. We want our audience to relate to him - he is speaking to people like him, a similar age and time in life. No matter their connection to the charity, his demonstration of what his gift could do, should leave the viewer feeling inspired.

ADULT TALENT 2&3 CARDIAC SURGERY SURVIVOR & WIFE/BLOOD PRESSURE SCENE

CHARACTER 1 - THE HUSBAND (non speaking)
Gender: Male
Age: 70+
Ethnicity: Any
Character Description: This man is recovering from cardiac surgery, sitting up in bed with his wife by his side. A warm scene and a feeling of grateful appreciation is important.

CHARACTER 2 - THE WIFE (non speaking)
Gender: Female
Age: 70+
Ethnicity: Any
Character Description: Relief, love and happiness and key in the facial expressions of our wife in this scene. A key part of the scene is the couple embracing.

It would be ideal if this couple have been self isolating during the lockdown within the same household.

Usage Details To Be Confirmed. Example
1 year UK online for website/social
6 month run on TV on channels previously supplied (TBC)
Stills - 1 year UK press/ online Pledger talent only
Radio usage - 2 x scripts for 6 month run

It's worth noting that for the Adult talent 2&3, as they need to embrace in the ad we would like to look to cast 2 people from the same household who can do this under COVID-19 protocols.
