The ideal narrator for this film would be a mature male with a deep voice, preferably with a German accent.
The film is based on a 600 word poem describing the events which lead to Hameln's infestation with rats.
Experimental visuals will accompany the narration of this poem.
As an audition I will request an audio recording of a few lines from the narration.
The Pied Piper is a German folk legend from the middle ages, as a result the poem includes some archaic language but is entirely in English.
This project will be screened in university and might be submitted to short film festivals afterwords.
