Project 'Old Man' is one branch of the 'Portals Project', a much larger project, focused on the development of 5 key characters.
The Professor is the physical embodiment of knowledge, science and logic, though brittle, frequently sour and (considered) psychopathic.
As a writer for Project 'Old Man', an interest in a key field of academic study is key as each and every episode focuses on the development of knowledge, both for (non-Professor) characters and the audience). Through the writing and character development, you will be able to put the knowledge you've uncovered in this area of expertise and use it in the story and progression of many characters.
After you have applied,
I will send over the layout of 3 scenes I will need you to create, randomly selected from the 12 episodes of Season 1.
I will require the 2 most recent examples of your work, writing/directing/etc.
I will, within 2 weeks, confirm if you have been selected as a writer for Project 'Old Man'.
Should you have any questions please don't be afraid to ask in your application or via email.
Best of Luck to you!
