Mixing and Mastering Engineers Needed

I'm looking for a professional music engineer who is at a high level for mixing and mastering, with the mixing taking place at my home studio for the artist on my record company and also outbound work that's unrelated to my company.

Knowing how to put equipment together (cables, settings) and know how to use analog hardware is essential for this role as this is viewed as an important aspect in this studio especially as new equipment arrives regularly. Knowing how to work the mpc x/software is a bonus although logic x will be provided with pro tools being added in the near future.
