They must be an articulate, confident, dynamic and self-motivated individual with a get-up-and-go attitude.
They will need to be well-organised, efficient and possess an ability to multi-task. They must also be enthusiastic and have lots of initiative.
The most suitable candidate for this post will have a flexible but professional work ethic, as they will be required to work independently and as part of a team in different environments, i.e. from our London headquarters, from co-working spaces or remotely from home.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build a good rapport with clients & their representatives are a prerequisite, as the individual will be responsible for communicating with various different professional entities at all levels throughout the course of their employment. This includes; independent artists, management, PR and agents, to global super brands. With this in mind, empathy, patience and understanding, as well as being a good listener, are also invaluable traits.
The role will also require dealing with highly sensitive personal and commercial information of a confidential nature. Therefore, the candidate must act with complete discretion at all times.
Previous experience of brand partnerships within the music industry, PR, advertising, media, fashion or working in-house for a brand is highly desirable, but not essential.
This project is the ideal opportunity for an aspiring music industry professional with an entrepreneurial spirit, an open mind and ultimately - a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Payment TBC - Monthly salary - 25 hours per week, 6 month contract
