This Role is assisting at an Event taking place at Melbourne on Thursday the 7th of February 2019.

The hours would be 6am-6pm so 12 hrs in total.

This is a Conference Event.

You should be customer friendly and very Social, you will be forward facing and dealing with attendees.
Happy Smiley People required to apply please.

You will be Part of the Welcome Team and Assisting with the Registration desk when people first arrive.

You will be part of the 8 line team required for this event, working as part of a team and also working upon your own initiative is essential for this Role.

You will be representing the The Organisation so Strict professionalism is expected throughout the event for 12 hours.

Please ensure you are able to get there for 6am, this would suite someone who lives close to Melbourne or has easy access at that time in the morning, this is a long day.

We are there to ensure the attendees and guests have the very best experience whilst at the event, you will be dealing with queries, questions and help, this is why it is essential you are customer friendly and helpful throughout the event.

We are there to facilitate the event, so whether its dealing with queries, Desk Registration, fetching, carrying, helping set up and close down, we are there to assist.

Whatever is required to assist with the event we are there to assist to ensure everything Runs smoothly.

Rate for the day would $320 AUD , this would be inclusive of travel, so no additional travel rate/pay would be available, $320 AUD is the total for the works.

Assisting with the Registration Desk
Being Part of a Happy Smiley Team
Being Friendly, Helpful and Approachable
Assisting with the Smooth Running of the Event
