As for professional writing experience, I currently have a dramatic feature film optioned by The Eyes Wide Open Media Group, with the view to shoot on a budget of £300,000. I also have several TV pilots competing in various competitions; I have worked as a script reader; and I have script consultancy experience on the drama feature ‘Now You See Me, Now You Don’t’, where I worked on table reads and gave frequent notes to both the director and writer.
My most recent long-term role was as a researcher on the show ‘Outrageous Acts of Science’ for October Films, airing on the Science channel. Where my duty was to write scripts for on-screen presenters, explaining the science behind viral internet clips. This helped me to read, write, outline, assess and edit scripts for production.
Prior to that, I worked at Remedy Productions, where I researched music artists and developed scripts in their tone of voice for MTV Hosted shows.
Personally, I am adaptable, organised, innovative, and precise. I am always eager to learn and have an inquisitive mind.
