The howl scream park 2018: a seasonal Halloween acting job based on improvised scare acting. I was based in the ‘squealers yard’ maze in which the general idea behind the characters was southern American cannibals that work in a butchery, who are quite pig-like in their behaviour. This entailed the general southern American accent, the dehumanised acting and behaviour as well as the animalistic sounds and voice. PAID JOB.
Julius Caesar 2019: a college performance in which I played the character of portia, Brutus’ husband. A modernised version of the Shakespearean play where Portia’s character was based predominantly on her clear physical/mental health issues, and instability. UN PAID.
The picture of Dorian Gray 2019: The little theatre, Dunstable. I played the role of Sibyl vane, Dorian’s love interest who, as a 17 year old Shakespearean actress, is consumed with her love for Dorian, leading her to commit suicide when he ultimately rejects her as a partner. I also multi rolled as the character of the Duchess of Monmouth, Dorian’s future love interest years after the passing of Sibyl, an American aristocrat who married an English man for the wealth, whilst longing for Gray. She was a more mature woman, with less naivety to her approach to love although she had a sense of attitude and impatience to her. UN PAID.
