My Acting Experience:
During high school from 2007-2011 I was consistently involved in drama and acting.
The classes I took part in ranged from improving in all areas of acting and drama performing. Other activities included voice and vocal training, building confidence and stage presences.
I engaged in a number of high school performances which allowed me to further develop my drama and acting skills.
In 2011, I was awarded the leading role as Medusa in the Medusa play. Also in a high school musical I played the role as the main cheerleader.
My desire for acting increased dramatically over the years. I wanted nothing more but to continue to fuel my passion for acting,
After I graduated high school, in 2012 I enrolled in a full time advanced acting course. And begun my journey in solely pursing acting.
My acting classes took place Monday to Friday from 9-5pm. I was required to do an average of 3 monologues a week.
The following is a list of acting subjects I completed during my course in college.
Suzuki physical actors training
Voice and accenting coaching
Film and television
The subjects contained heavy theory content in addition to participating in vigorous vocal and physical daily training.
Basically, the classes were designed to improve acting skills and undergo 100% preparation for exceptional performance at live theatre shows.
Learning to act and perform in front of a large audience over the years has not only given me the confidence but increased my knowledge and experience in acting.
