I started playing when I was 15 and have been playing ever since.
My first band was the destroyer of covers from greats like Cream, Hendrix etc 'Great Fun'.
At the age of 18 til 24 played for my first original band this was a great time and brilliant fun playing weekly all over London and the U.K. trying to get that record deal by supporting signed bands on UK tours. Since that time have played for a number of different bands both original and covers and as a result have gained a lot of stage, studio, and tour experience.
In 2009 I decided to go back to full time higher education and studied at the Brighton Institute of Modern Music to attain a qualification and further my knowledge in drumming, it was great being a student again studying a subject I love. I completed this course in July 2010.
I love gigging on a regular basis and have done 100's of gigs with various cover and original bands over the years.
I am currently playing for a Ska tribute band Mainly Madness, this again is very busy band with sold out gigs all over the U.K and Europe. Check out www.mainlymadness.com
I would say I'm easy going and a good laugh and don't take myself to seriously, enjoy being in a band and being part of the crew and just playing music, nothing can beat that!
