-It's recently become an interest after being inspired by watching largely unexperienced actors succeed. That and working 10 years in a sales role where conviction in our words is the key. I believe I can make the grade. Not just make it. Smash it.

I'm keen to pursue everything I'm capable of.

I've gigged as Lead singer and Lead guitarist in every venue in Scotland's central belt as well as down south in the London area. My band is full time and we do everything we can to make the gig happen, hiring all the equipment, transporting it in our own cars and setting it all up from mixing desks to DI boxes to guitars to PA systems.

My career highlight so far was hosting several of our own gigs in Glasgows busy ABC venue which pulled in a great crowd, had great support acts and allowed us a 90 minute set where the support acts joined us on stage to collaborate in the closing moments of the gig. I'd love to do even more of those!
Saying that, there are many smaller venues that have equalled in how special the connection was between the band and the crowd. I love doing acoustic sets myself too. Talking to the crowd to get a connection leads to a more spirited set ;)

My entire 4 year stint in college was spent studying music and the business behind it. At that time I joined a college band and also played in my hometown and around Glasgow with my band Enigami as lead guitarist and backing vocalist.

Onstage as live guitarist for the musical play, Jekyll and Hyde at Denny Civic Theatre- It was a risky idea but went superb. I was there to learn the compositions in a short space of time and add well timed emphasis like distorted drop d hits for the atmospheric songs. The show played for 3 nights with 3 hour sets.
I've gained a lot of respect for musical theatre as a result too.
Those people work hard and their singing is captivating!

I help provide solos, inversions and extra guitar parts, whatever's needed for singers and students studying sound production/music performance - thanks to my ability to play by ear, patience and commitment to making things work I take pride in collaborating with other musicians of all styles. I really enjoy the outcome when we layer all our ideas together. I'm perfectly capable of passing Grade 8 RS.

I spend a lot of my free time creating music. Writing songs has become therapeutical as time and life experience has gone on. There isn't much space on my phone left from the abundance of recordings I've tallied up...

****My biggest vocal and performance influences are Mick Jagger, Noel Gallagher, Stevie Wonder, and Kelly Jones.
Their all great with witty onstage comments to the crowd in between songs. So important to have that.
