Influences: Led Zeppelin, Michael Hedges, Creed, Post Malone, Killswitch Engage, Tremonti, Dead Letter Circus
I have been writing songs for a long time, and recorded songs at home with basic equipment for a while. Playing the acoustic guitar now for almost 10 years, started when I was 18, play it almost everyday, but have been having a break for the last 4 months, looking to get more serious again after time off. I also sing, rap, at the same time as playing the acoustic guitar. I'm serious about the acoustic guitar because I started playing long before I started singing regularly, I added singing in only a year ago, and rapping recently. I don't ever sing without the acoustic guitar because I feel more comfortable with it and I think it's more enjoyable therefore it sounds better in general. Because of this I can put more passion into more performance combining the acoustic guitar, singing and rapping. Michael Hedges is my main influence, also my Dad for starting on the acoustic guitar and sticking to it throughout the years, never much playing other instruments as I always had a deep passion for the acoustic guitar, even just instrumentally. Michael Hedges does instrumental acoustic and a little singing, he is on Youtube if you wish to investigate, he inspired me and hopefully you too if you play the acoustic guitar or wish to play the acoustic guitar. I have been trying for a long time to get my music heard and gain some concert/live experience but not having much luck. Hopefully I will have more luck now after some personal growth that I needed to go through and now sharing here on Star Now. I am now feeling good about my chances here.
