Beginner, starting out
I am dedicated to keeping my mind and body fit and healthy through my anti-ageing program and I work hard to sustain high energy levels and a strong, toned body. I can honestly say that I feel as youthful and energised at my current age of 60 as I did in my much younger years. I like to wear clothes that flatter my body shape and at the same time emphasise my athletic lifestyle. My image reflects a young, fresh approach and I consider I could be a good role model in encouraging others to maximise their potential fitness and self-confidence.
