Success Stories

Thanks to Starnow, I have had close to 25 successful castings in just a couple of years. In 2015, I had landed 16 roles for varies projects, such as shorts, features, voice overs and music videos. The ability to showcase your photos, work and history on Starnow has helped with my success and will strive to do the same in the near future.

After joining StarNow I managed to get into an acting agency and now I've been offered to play the role of the young Bernie Mac who was an amazing American comedian who died in 2008. The show will be about his life and I can't wait to be a part of it.

I was relocating from Nigeria to UK and had no contacts in the UK, but I found StarNow and was able to build a great team. My first film is now under preparation at ease; thanks to StarNow.

I have only been on StarNow for five weeks and have already been signed to a model agency in London! You're never too old to do something new, it's all about self-belief and giving things a go.

I applied for an ad looking for actors willing to participate in extreme sports. Nervously I attended the audition, two weeks later I was flown to New York to film a hair-raising commercial! StarNow is an incredible platform to find some incredible opportunities that you wouldn't otherwise have exposure to!

I have found success in a lot of commercials, but Starnow gave me my first one and it was for the lovely chocolate brand Kinder Bueno. It was sweeeeet. Straight out of performing arts uni and I managed to land this role. This gave me the confidence to pursue acting more and since then, I have featured many more ads!

A casting/film director looked at my StarNow profile and instantly thought I would be perfect to play the speaking role of a till attendant for his forthcoming feature film Raymond's 5. StarNow is definitely a great platform for actors to be discovered. I highly recommend it to all actors/performers.

Cameron was chosen to be in final 18 out of hundreds who applied. He also won best personality of the day.

StarNow gave me the chance to apply for (and be cast in) a supporting role in a short film for the Sydney Arts College. I had a fantastic time with the crew and getting to know the rest of the cast. I hope to continue my journey and find work in acting, music, dancing and presenting.

Very impressed so far with my StarNow account, as within the first week of registering, I had five days work as an extra, booked on "Final Score", the new Pierce Brosnan movie. Loved it and lots more happening since.

I got an acting job on two movies directed by a talented British filmmaker Jason Croot. Later when Jason needed someone to write a horror script for him, he reached out to me to be his scriptwriter. Everything in the film industry is connected and you never know what opportunities might await you.
